“Beloved’s coming down as a guest” is the Essential Self-Manifestation in the Heart. This indicates that the Sultan establishes himself on the Throne, which is the Heart. In order to be so, the Heart should be emtied of all other than God. The last quatrain of this poem also indicates the same meaning. |
